Syllabus

課程摘要 

This course introduces students to the influences of law, ethics, justice and social responsibility. Diverse viewpoints regarding the nature and limits of law, ethics and social responsibility will be explored in the context of strategic choices for students. The course will provide opportunities to analyze the ethical implications of individual decisions and to devise viable solutions, including sustainability efforts for criminal justice system and enhancing fair society.

1.      Develop an ethical foundation on which to make individual decisions

2.      Objectively analyze crime and justice in order to make appropriate issues.

3.      Accurately compare and understand the consequences of social responsibilities.

課程目標 

這個課程介紹有關法律、倫理、正義與社會責任的議題與重要性，藉由提供多元的視角與觀點討論法律、倫理、正義與社會責任的重要性並作為學生的行動的出發點，藉由倫理的選擇與社會責任的永續經營促進刑事司法的革新與創造公平正義的社會。
