This course provides the background of essential communication skills in business context, including non-verbal and verbal communication. Students will get the basic ideas of business communication through this online course.

By the end of the session, students will be able to:

1. Identify key elements of effective verbal communication in a business context.

2. Demonstrate an understanding of non-verbal communication cues, such as body language, tone, and intonation.

3. Recognize cultural nuances in communication styles within a business setting.
