The content of this course includes: Healthy
behavior linked with Strength Training, muscle strength training, muscle gain
and fat loss, body management/body sculpting, poor posture adjustment, joint
correction repair, deep core activation and high-intensity interval training,
etc.; practical techniques Including: the implementation of various
home/fitness studio weight training modes (self-weight, dumbbells, kettlebells,
elastic bands...); to enhance students' muscle strength and physical training
capabilities.
