The content of this course includes: Healthy behavior linked with Strength Training, muscle strength training, muscle gain and fat loss, body management/body sculpting, poor posture adjustment, joint correction repair, deep core activation and high-intensity interval training, etc.; practical techniques Including: the implementation of various home/fitness studio weight training modes (self-weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, elastic bands...); to enhance students' muscle strength and physical training capabilities.

This undergraduate course is an all English class (EMI course). In addition to focusing on English listening and reading exercises, it emphasizes the learning of English professional terminology for some major sports, which can strengthen the ability to pass the international sports refereeing tests.
